The four questions that come up

Where is my parcel? The tracking number is emailed as soon as it ships. Every delivery time by country is on the Track my order page.

I want a refund. You have 30 days from delivery. Write and tell us what went wrong: we refund you and you send nothing back. This is on top of your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, it does not replace it — the withdrawal form is here.

My parcel arrived damaged. Email us a photo. We reship or refund, your choice, with nothing to send back and no cost to you.

A question about your teeth or gums? We are not health professionals. For anything diagnosed, ask your dentist — that is the only honest answer we can give.

Before you write

Two answers that come up often: delivery takes 7 to 15 business days in France and 10 to 20 business days in the European Union, and you have 30 days to change your mind with nothing to send back.
