How much is shipping?
€2.99, free on orders from €50, so from two brushes. Allow 7 to 15 business days in France, 10 to 20 elsewhere in the European Union, 12 to 25 in the United Kingdom and Switzerland, 15 to 30 in the United States, Canada and the rest of the world. Dispatched within 24 hours, with a tracking number. Outside the European Union, import duties and taxes remain payable by you.
How long do the heads last?
About six months. Your kit contains the brush with its head already fitted, plus two spare heads. The manufacturer recommends changing the head every two to three months.
Can I pick different colours in a bundle?
Yes. As soon as you pick the two-brush or three-brush bundle, a colour selector appears for each brush. White, black or pink, in any order you like.
Where do I buy heads afterwards?
Your kit contains the brush with its head fitted, plus two spare heads: enough to last around six months without thinking about it.

Can I use it in the shower?

Sonic or rotating, what is the difference?
A rotating brush spins a small round head. A sonic brush vibrates an elongated head at very high frequency. Both work. Many users find sonic more comfortable, but ask your dentist for their opinion.
Is it suitable for sensitive gums?
The gentle mode lets you pick a lighter intensity. If you have a sensitivity or a specific dental condition, ask your dentist for advice.
What if I do not like it?
You have 30 days. Write to us and tell us what did not work, we refund you, and you have nothing to send back. This commercial guarantee is added to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, it does not replace it.
Does it whiten teeth?
No, and nobody should promise you that. A brush cleans, it does not whiten. What it does is make you brush for two minutes, everywhere, without pressing too hard.
