Terms of service

Website terms of use

These terms govern access to and use of the ORDO website. The rules that apply to purchases are set out in our terms and conditions of sale, which prevail on any point relating to an order.

1. Publisher

ORDO — Adam Boukhana, sole trader, 15a rue Poincaré, 68510 Sierentz, France. adanis.pro26@gmail.com — +33 6 68 08 39 14. Full legal notices, including the host, are on our dedicated page.

2. Access to the site

The site is free to access. We do everything we can to keep it available without being able to guarantee it: maintenance, technical incidents or force majeure may interrupt it. We may modify, suspend or withdraw all or part of the site at any time.

3. Permitted use

You agree not to use the site for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to disrupt its operation, scrape its content at scale, introduce malicious code, or access data not intended for you.

4. Customer account

Creating an account is optional. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity carried out from your account. Tell us immediately if you notice unauthorised use.

5. Intellectual property

The text, images, videos, logos, the ORDO brand and the structure of the site are protected. Any reproduction or exploitation without prior written permission is prohibited. Content you send us (photos, reviews, messages) remains yours; you grant us the right to display it on our channels.

6. Customer reviews

We publish no review that does not come from a real buyer. Reviews are not bought, fabricated, or filtered to show only the best ones. Under article L.121-4 11° of the French Consumer Code, publishing fake reviews is a misleading commercial practice. If you spot a doubtful review on our site, report it to adanis.pro26@gmail.com.

7. Displayed prices and availability

Despite our care, an obvious pricing or availability error can happen. If it does we tell you; you may cancel your order and we refund it in full.

8. Liability

We cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the use of the internet (service interruption, external intrusion, viruses) or for the content of third-party sites we link to. Nothing in these terms limits our liability in the event of fraud, gross negligence or personal injury, nor the rights the law grants consumers.

9. External links

The site may link to third-party sites we do not control. We are responsible neither for their content nor for their practices.

10. Cookies and personal data

Details of processing, your rights and cookie management are in our legal notice and privacy policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one online at the time of your visit.

12. Governing law

French law. Under Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012, a consumer resident in the European Union may bring proceedings either in the courts of their own Member State or in those of the seller's domicile. Any dispute must first be submitted to us at adanis.pro26@gmail.com; failing agreement, a consumer mediator may be used free of charge.
