Shipping costs

€2.99 per order. Free shipping on orders over €50, i.e. from two brushes, to every country we serve.

Where we ship

France, European Union, United Kingdom, Switzerland, United States, Canada and the rest of the world.

Delivery times

Dispatched within 24 to 48 business hours. A tracking number is e-mailed to you as soon as your parcel leaves. Delivery times from dispatch:

• France: 7 to 15 business days
• European Union: 10 to 20 business days
• United Kingdom and Switzerland: 10 to 25 business days
• United States and Canada: 15 to 30 business days
• Rest of the world: 15 to 30 business days

We ship straight from the factory, with no warehouse in between. It takes longer than Amazon, and that is exactly what pays for three brush heads in the box instead of one.

Customs duties and import taxes

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import VAT and any carrier handling fees are payable by the recipient under the rules of the destination country. They are not included in the displayed price or in the shipping cost.

Late delivery

Under article L.216-1 of the French Consumer Code, if the announced delivery time for your zone is exceeded you may require us to deliver within a reasonable additional period and, failing that, cancel the contract and obtain a full refund within 14 days.

In practice: write to us and we will chase the carrier. Beyond 30 business days after dispatch, we reship or refund you in full, your choice.

Damaged or missing parcel

Send us a photo by e-mail. We reship or refund, your choice, with nothing to send back and no cost to you.

Returns

Write to us before sending anything back: we give you the return address within 48 business hours. Full details are in our refund policy.
