What happens next
We acknowledge your request within 48 business hours. Under the statutory 14-day right, the item must be returned to us within 14 days of your declaration, at your expense, unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake. The refund is issued within 14 days of receiving the return.
Where to send the item back
We ship straight from the factory and we do not keep a permanent returns warehouse. Write to adanis.pro26@gmail.com with your order number: we send you the return address within 48 business hours. Do not send anything back before you have that address, otherwise we cannot match the parcel to your order.
Our commercial guarantee, simpler
On top of that statutory right, ORDO gives you 30 days to change your mind. Under that guarantee you send nothing back: you write and tell us what did not work, and we refund you. This commercial guarantee is in addition to your statutory rights, it does not replace or limit them. It applies in every country we ship to, without exception.
